Cody residents enjoy more than 20 developed parks and nearly 9 miles of developed trails and pathways.
Three developed pathway systems were designed to meet the needs of many users. If you enjoy rollerblading with a lakeside view or jogging along the scenic Shoshone River, your recreational desires will be satisfied in Cody.
Many of our facilities with picnic and other group amenities are available on a reservation basis. In order to enjoy exclusive use of any of the City of Cody parks or public facilities, a rental fee is assessed. Please review the Parks and Athletic Fields Fees, Reservations, and Policy Manual for more information or contact the Parks Supervisor.
Please refer to the Tree Ordinance for additional information about: trees, shrubs, or other plants in City right of ways; public tree care; and the City Tree Board.
