[ARCHIVED] Proposed Changes to Zoning Ordinance and Map

New Residential Zoning Map 092116.jpg

The Planning and Zoning Board is pleased to present a series of proposed amendments to the City of Cody Zoning Ordinance and Map. The amendments include changes to each of the residential zoning districts.

We invite you to review the proposed materials and provide feedback—the more specific the feedback the better.

Questions can be directed to members of the Planning and Zoning Board or to the City Planner by emailing todds@cityofcody.com, calling (307) 527-3472, or by visiting City Hall.

In addition, a series of six neighborhood meetings—each focused on an individual neighborhood—will be held to briefly summarize the changes, discuss options, and receive public comments. The residential zoning map draft (download) outlines each of the six areas.
