Cedar Lane, from 12th Street to Birch Lane, will be closed to through traffic for approximately two weeks, beginning Monday, September 17th.  The alley running adjacent to this section of street will also be closed. 

Local access will be permitted.  Please use caution and watch for crews and equipment.

This closure is necessary for the installation of underground utilities.
