[ARCHIVED] Street Closure - 11th Street and Rumsey Avenue

Black Hills Energy will have the corner of 11th Street and Salsbury Avenue closed to traffic on Thursday, October 1 and Friday, October 2.

This closure is necessary for repairs to underground equipment.
