What payment options are available?
  • In person – You can pay your utility bill with cash, check, or a credit card in person at City Hall at 1338 Rumsey Ave. City Hall is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
  • Mail – For your convenience, a remittance envelope is enclosed with your bill. Simply detach the lower portion from your bill and enclose your check in the envelope provided. If you choose to use your own envelope, address it to City of Cody, PO Box 2200, Cody, WY 82414-2200.
  • Depository – A drop box is conveniently located to the left of the front door at City Hall at 1338 Rumsey Ave. If using the drop box, please include your payment stub and your mode of payment in an envelope.
  • Telephone – You can pay your utility bill with a credit card by calling (307) 527-7511, choosing option 1 (Administrative Services) and then option 1 (Utilities and Billing).
  • Online – You can make your payment online by creating an account at xpressbillpay.com. In order to do so, you will need an email address, your City of Cody utility account number (without punctuation), and the last name of the account holder.
